According to a recent IPC survey report on cross-border e-commerce shoppers, they do exist 72% and 79% online purchases for Australia & New Zealand consumer 2022 from abroad[1], and those stats are expected to only get bigger – but when it comes to efficient and effective delivery options, the options are limited.
