1. Sign in to your Facebook account
To post a job on Facebook, first log in to your Facebook business account.
If you have a Facebook business page, you must create one before you can post a job on Facebook. To do this, log into your personal Facebook account. From there, navigate to the top right corner and select the menu icon. In the drop-down menu that appears, go to the “Create” column and select “Page”. From there, follow the prompts to fill in all the required information and create your Facebook Business Page.
2. Go to Manage Jobs and click Create Job.
From your LinkedIn Page dashboard, go to the left sidebar and locate the option titled “Manage Jobs.” Click on this tab. The following screen allows you to manage past and current job postings (if any). To post a new job, click the blue “Create Job” button at the top of the screen.
3. Add details about the job
After clicking Create Job, enter details about the job in the fields that appear in the left sidebar. Fields include job title, full-time or part-time, and job description. You can also add location, salary, benefits, and schedule information.
The information you enter will be displayed in a preview of the job posting on the right side of the screen. This shows you how the job posting will look to users after you publish the job posting.
This is your chance to tell users about the job and your company, so take your time with this step. Get creative to stand out from the crowd. You can ask employees what they like about the job and include that information in the job posting. Choose an engaging photo that will capture the interest of potential candidates and consider adding a video to the job posting as well.
If you are satisfied with the information provided and the presentation of the job advertisement, click on “Next”.
Select whether you want the job posting to appear only in the Facebook jobs section or also on your company’s Facebook page by ticking the appropriate boxes.
