It’s Washington’s latest guessing game: who is the unnamed Biden family member who received proceeds from a $3 million wire transfer to Hunter Biden staffer John “Rob” Walker weeks after Joe Biden left the vice presidency in 2017?

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) revealed Monday for the first time that bank documents obtained by subpoena implicate a “new Biden family member” in the panel’s investigation into the first son’s alleged influence scheme.

Comer is expected to eventually reveal the person’s name, but hasn’t announced any concrete plans for it just yet, leaving the door open to speculation as to who else might have been on the receiving end.

The Kentucky Republican told Fox News host Sean Hannity Monday that records obtained by Bank of America show that Walker received a $3 million wire in March 2017 from two people with ties to the Chinese Communist Party received, which he then divided among multiple Biden family members.

“The very next day after receiving this transfer, the Walker account began transferring funds to three separate Biden family member accounts, including a new Biden family member who was never previously identified as being involved in the influence scheme.” said Comer Hannity.

On Tuesday, the chairman of the oversight committee told Fox News host Bill Hemmer that investigators are curious about the work the three Biden family members did to justify receiving that money from Walker, and the purpose of the original $3 million Dollar transfer had.

Comer noted that the $3 million transfer “was just the first transfer that we were actually able to get bank records on. There are many, many more.”

And he stressed that the scope of the panel’s investigation goes well beyond the president’s son.

“The media is like, ‘Well, that’s an investigation into Hunter Biden.’ This is an investigation by Joe Biden. And we’re investigating the Biden family, and it’s expanding again after this new set of information,” Comer told America’s Newsroom.

“There are more family members involved in this than just the president’s son. And what they said in the media: “Oh, that was business.” We cannot identify any company. It appears it went into her personal account,” Comer revealed, adding that his “theory” is that the Biden family was conducting an influence operation, possibly without being properly registered as foreign agents.

In his 2020 book, Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite, investigative journalist Peter Schweizer highlighted four Biden family members in addition to Hunter who appear to have benefited from their family name, as well as the connections Joe Biden forged has during his almost 50-year tenure in politics.

Schweizer highlighted the work of first brother James Biden at HillStone International, a subsidiary of construction management firm Hill International.

According to Schweizer, James Biden joined the firm as executive vice president just three weeks after Kevin Justice, president of HillStone International, visited the White House in November 2010 and met with an adviser to then-vice president Joe Biden.

James Biden appeared to have little or no background in home construction, but after joining the firm HillStone secured numerous contracts from the federal government for dozens of projects in the US, Iraq, Puerto Rico, Mozambique and elsewhere.

Last month, an affidavit claimed that the now-first brother Hill International also helped resolve a decades-old dispute with the Saudi government.

James Biden reportedly told a private investigator that he was hired to handle Hill’s “business development” and was tasked with helping with the company’s interests in Saudi Arabia.

The first brother added that he was often recruited to represent Hill in meetings “because of course the name didn’t hurt” and that in February 2012 he attended a meeting with Saudi officials “because of his position and relationship” to his elder took part brother.

Private investigator, former Treasury Department official Thomas Sullivan found that the first brother’s wife, Sara, after speaking to James, escorted him to his car and revealed that her husband and his older brother Joe were very close and that, according to Sullivan, “they told each other everything.”

Sara Biden also told Sullivan that “he doesn’t like it when we talk to people,” the ex-Treasury Secretary recalled, an obvious reference to Joe.

Schweizer’s book also lifts Joe Biden’s son-in-law Dr. Howard Krein, who is married to first daughter Ashley Biden and founded his investment consultancy StartUp Health when his father-in-law was vice president.

The company was later featured at a major healthcare tech conference hosted by the Department of Health, and StartUp Health executives became frequent White House visitors, while Joe Biden was Barack Obama’s No. 2, according to Schweizer.

Frank Biden, the president’s youngest brother, runs a solar energy company, Sun Fund Americas, which has reportedly signed a deal with Costa Rica’s Department of Public Education to develop renewable energy in the country, where Joe Biden is also the Obama contact -Government acted man. Sun Fund has also benefited from US government-backed loans from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation for renewable energy projects.

Finally, Valerie Biden Owens, Joe’s younger sister, who ran all of his Senate campaigns and presidential candidates in 1988 and 2008, was also a senior partner at political messaging firm Joe Slade White & Company, according to Schweizer, and the firm received large fees from those campaigns, including alone $2.5 million from Joe Biden’s 2008 presidential bid.

James Biden was previously identified by Comer as a subject of the oversight committee investigation, but neither the other family members mentioned by Schweizer nor Sara Biden were mentioned by the Kentucky Republican.

In 2019, Joe Biden insisted that he “never spoke to my son or my brother or anyone else — even distant family — about their business interests. Period.”
