Season 3 of Halo infinity is here and the Mindfall narrative event has begun!

The Mindfall event, running from March 7th to March 21st, offers a free 10-tier event pass with a variety of cosmetics to outfit your new MIRAGE IIC armor core, as well as new cinematics.

For those who need a recap of what happened in Season 2: Lone Wolves…

At the beginning of the 2nd season of Halo infinity, the academy received some unexpected guests. The Spartan Sigrid Eklund emerged from a commanded phantom with an unconscious Spartan Hieu Dinh, whose life has been endangered by the malicious exiled AI named Iratus residing in his neural interface.

Season 3: Echoes Within picks this up, kicking off with the Mindfall event, which explores a pivotal moment in Spartan Dinh’s past as Iratus loots his mind.

Mindfall is the first of two narrative-driven events as Site Unseen will wrap up the Season 3 storyline from May 2nd to May 16th (and bring with it another free 10-stage event pass featuring new MIRAGE IIC cosmetics and additional cinematics) .

After the start Halo infinitysee the film that wraps up the events of the last two seasons, followed by the opening film, Echoes Within, which follows Spartan Dinh and Iratus.

After completing the Mindfall event, you can watch the event’s closing cinematic by pressing Y on the main menu to open the screen showing your Battle Pass, Story Event, and Challenges.

From there, press X (you’ll see it listed as “Season Intro”) to get to this screen.

And then press Y for additional movie clips. Here you can see Enemy Mind listed – the closing sequence of the Mindfall event.

Halo Gear Rewards are back for Season 3: Echoes Within!

Halo Gear Rewards are limited-edition items exclusive to the Halo Gear Shop that players can purchase after completing certain in-game achievements. The first reward was introduced in Season 2: Lone Wolves with the awesome Fracture: Entrenched Tanker Jacket.

In Season 3: Echoes Within, we’re introducing a new reward—officially Halo infinity Pencils!

Players will have the opportunity to gain access to four collectible pins, each linked to a specific event in Season 3. The pins feature unique designs inspired by their respective events. These pins will also be part of a larger Xbox pin trade program, with a special stamp on the back, but more on that soon.

So what are the pins and how do I get access to them?

• Reveal your enemy and gain access to the concealer by completing the Season 3 Mindfall Event Pass. Complete this event and shop by April 18th to claim this reward.
• Put a new weapon to good use and complete the Season 3 Site Unseen Event Pass to unlock access to the bandit pin. Complete this event and shop by June 17th to claim this reward.
• Mix mind and machine to complete the Season 3 Fractures: Firewall Event Pass and get access to the Firewall logo pin. Complete this event and shop by July 4th to claim this reward.
• You can earn access Season 3 Insignia LE pin & matching in-game emblem by defying Iratus and completing the Season 3: Echoes Within Battle Pass. Complete the Battle Pass and make your purchase by July 4th to earn this reward.

Upon completion of each qualifying event, the player will receive a reward code via their Halo Waypoint profile.

• When you’ve completed each event, simply visit Halo Waypoint online or via your mobile phone and log into your account to redeem your reward. The reward code will be delivered to you via Waypoint notifications.
• Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the code to be delivered after an event has ended.

Once you have received the rewards code, visit the Halo Gear Shop and go to the relevant pin product page to continue with your purchase. The price will look REALLY high, but don’t worry!

• Add the pin to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• At checkout, enter the code in the “Gift card or discount code” box. Click Apply.
• The cost is updated to the actual retail price of the pin.
• Complete your transaction by entering your shipping and billing information and selecting your shipping option.
• This is a pre-order item coming in the 3rd/4th quarter of 2023 will be delivered.
• The Halo Gear Rewards items can be purchased up to the specified dates.
