The Second Annual Salt City Wine & Dine Event returns to La Caille on August 19th!

After a roaring success in Summer 2022, the inaugural Salt City Wine & Dine event is back thanks to popular demand. The Second Annual Salt City Wine & Dine event returns to La Caille on August 19, 2023 – Utah’s premier wine & dine event of the year!

La Caille is a sprawling garden oasis, now in its 45th year celebrating excellence. Set on 20 acres at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, La Caille draws people away from the hustle and bustle of city life so they can relax and enjoy the splendor of the property while strolling through the scenic gardens.

You are invited to see the three-acre vineyard with your own eyes and enjoy the gentle canyon breezes while enjoying the Salt City Wine & Dine event experience, which features some of the finest local food and drink vendors, a incredible entertainment lineup, an unparalleled VIP experience and a silent auction in the Garden Room by the lower pond throughout the event.

The event will be presented and produced by The Salt Lake Tribune – the nation’s first metropolitan newspaper to transition to a community-funded 501(C)(3) nonprofit. As such, $25 of each ticket purchase is tax-deductible and goes towards supporting local journalism in Utah. The event is hosted by La Caille and sponsored by Holystone Distilling, Mountain West Cider, Epic Brewing Company, Prohibition and FastSigns with more sponsors to be announced!

Over 40 vendors at the event

If you love discovering delicious food and drink, you should meet the vendors represented at the Salt City Wine & Dine event. There will be more than 40 of the region’s finest restaurants, wineries and distilleries proudly serving their popular dishes and beverages.

As with any memorable event that you will be talking about for years to come, no great event is complete without some fantastic entertainment. Indulge all your senses at the second annual Salt City Wine & Dine Event. As you savor the delicious food, wine, and spirits, you’ll be entertained by musicians like Chris Clouse, magician Dallas Fueston, the Flamingo Jazz Band, saxophonist Kenny Fong, and this year, not one but two tarot card readers!

General admission ticket $150

General admission includes 20 drinks and free food samples around the event.

Sober general admission ticket $110

Includes all GA card offers excluding the beverage cards. Soft drinks are available at the event and do not require drink tickets.

VIP ticket $250

Includes 25 drink tickets, complimentary food samples around the event, access to the event two hours early, wine and food pairing (RSVP at checkout), vineyard tours, larger private area with exclusive vendors, VIP-only tarot card reader, DJ, and VIP gift bag .

Sober VIP ticket $175

Includes all VIP ticket offers excluding the drink tickets. Soft drinks are available at the event and do not require drink tickets.
